• There will be an automatic bottle discarding mechanism against bottle jamming.
• Equipped with neck guiding system with low friction coefficient.
• Equipped with bottle side guiding system.
• Blowing fans made of AISI 304 stainless steel with standard anti-dust filters and AC electrical motors.
• Removing bottles from the air conveyor line in case of necessity.
• Fully automatic system can be controlled by PLC and sensors.
• There is a separate bottle inlet for manual feeding into air conveyors
• Ability to control speed and force of blowing fans by electrical inverters.
• Ability to install pneumatic jacks to change the sizes of bottle side guides.
• Ability to install dry lubricating system.
