General Information

The model 540 is linear labeling machine using hot melt technology for wrap-around OPP roll-fed labels. It represents the ideal solution for the application of OPP labels on full cylindrical PET, HDPE and Glass bottles ranging from 200cc up to 1500cc.
It achieves a remarkable economic saving, thanks to the low maintenance costs, and optimizes performance, thanks to the speed in the format changeover.
The operating speed of the machine can go up to 20,000 bottles per hour.

Operation System

1. Cutting Section
By using servo motor, determination of cutting point is possible with accuracy of +- 1mm in any speed of the machine and for any size of label.

2. Vacuum Section
By using vacuum system, displacement of the label is carried out without grippers and intensity of vacuum can be adjusted.

3. Glue Roller Section
Glue temperature controlled by PLC system; it can make possible to control the temperature within +- 2c.
