General Information

TRIBLOCK-GLASS machines (Rinsing, Filling and Capping) have been developed for bottling carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks and other edible liquids in glass bottles ranging from 250 cc up to 1000 cc.
Padideh Pars company presents different size of TRIBLOCK-GLASS machines ranging from 30 and 50 filling valves and capacity from 5,000 up to 20,000 bottles per hour.

More Information

The machine has following features:

  • Fully automatic operation by PLC control.

Operation System

1.Bottle infeed
Empty bottles are transferred through the belt conveyor into the rotary rinsing section by an infeed worm.

2.Rinsing
Inside of bottles are washed by spraying water in a single-phase rinsing process. Empty bottles are transferred into the rotary rinsing section by a star-wheel. The bottles are hold from their neck by means of special grippers and turned upside down (180°). After the water is sprayed into the bottle for a certain period of time, the bottle goes upside down for a little more while to drain and then returns to its normal position.

3.Filling

  •  The bottles arriving from the rinsing section are transported with star-wheel in to the filling section. Once the bottle is lifted against filling valve and sealing is achieved, then the valve is opened and the filling process begins whilst air inside the bottle is released through the air return tube.
  • The Gravity Filling Technology (Level Filling System) is used for bottling non-carbonated products. Fast, simple and reliable mechanical valves featuring  “No Bottle – No Fill” System.
  • The Isobaric Filling Technology (Counter Pressure) is used for bottling carbonated products. The filling operation is carried out under CO2 pressure and product temperature 2- 4 degrees Celsius.

4.Cap placing
After filling section, the cap is detached from cap rail by the bottle and is fully placed on the bottle head by means of pressing guider.

5.Capping
The machine is equipped with pilfer proof capping heads. In the case of any uncapped bottles enter into the capping section, then the capping heads operates in such a way that the bottle head is protected against any damages.
